Rewarding Experience

Last night was Kayla's troops' annual Nursing Home Carolling event. This is the first time I've ever been able to go to the nursing home with the troop. What a rewarding experience it was to go with them and their sister Brownie troop. I was very proud of the girls. They weren't shy - knocked on the doors and sang to more residents than I can count. The girls enjoyed it just as much as the residents did. I hope if there ever comes a time that I have to live in a nursing home that I'm treated to the wonderful sounds of girl scouts singing.

We used to do that when I was school. It was always so nice. Glad you had so much fun!
