Mammoth Cave Adventures Continued
After enjoying the wonderful suprise tour we went to the Visitor Center got a park map and decided to take a little walking tour. First we went to Dixon Cave which is now a habitat for bats. Then we headed down to see the River Styxx (that feeds into the cave) so that was fun to see. On the way down to the river we saw several deer within 15 to 20 feet away. We also saw the Green River. On the way back to the Visitor's Center Kayla showed us some bats hiding in a crack in the bridge she discovered earlier. We were all tired but it was a fun walk.
